Sports Fitness Treadmills Advice

I start my work-out on the treadmill for 35 mins then weights for 25mins. My speed is 3 and my max incline is 5.

What exactly will the treadmill do for me besides tone my legs and calves?

Will it help get rid of this “pouch” I have around my lower stomach?

The simple answer is Yes!

The incline is the key for you here.  You should increase the incline which will reauire your ab muscles to do more work.

The other thing you need to do is to VARY your readmill routine.  Change speeds and incline livels evey day.

Most sports fitness treamills have setting to vary the speed and incline during the workout.

    cardio exersizes like the treadmill does excellent things for you. it helps lower your body fat percentage. and this is the "pouch" that you’re referring to.

    your workout sounds kind of week. I suggest cranking it and running a little longer, OR make a plan for yourself and increase your speed and distance steadily.

    doing weights mostly likely will not get rid of your pouch, just run a lot, drink lots of water, and make sure you burn off more calories than you consume.

    pouches disappear very gradually …great aerobic exercise…increase workout with ab crunches to tighten abdominal muscles….use small hand weights while on treadmill adds to the exercise….

    How do I remove WHITE NOISE from my radio and/or the headphone receiever when using my treadmill ?

    The usual answer is to get a different radio or a higher quality set of headphones. Get them from someplace that has a good return policy incase they do not work.
