Ellipticals…?

Will using an elliptical make me look bulky? I want my legs to look tone, but not bulky. Also, I don’t want my calves to look muscular and bulky. Will an elliptical make them look bulky?

No you will not get bulky. You will get toned legs, calves and buttocks. The ellliptical is a great piece of equipment to do for cardiovascular exercise. Great way to loose weight.
I have one and use it regularly. I’ve never gotten any bulk, nor have I noticed any tone. Mostly, I just lose weight.
No; the elliptical shouldn’t make your legs look bulky. It actually takes a lot of the pressure of of your knees and is easier for people with bad joints than running on the treadmil.
The only problem I’ve had with an elliptical is that it’s hard to go at the same rate that I would usually go on the treadmil. (7-7.5 mph) simply because you’re using your arms with the machine.
